Eligibility & Submission Guidelines
- Runtime: Open to short projects under 50 minutes.
- Completion Window: Films must have been completed within the last three years.
- Language & Accessibility: All foreign-language projects must include embedded or hardcoded English subtitles.
- Rights & Clearances: Entrants must hold complete legal rights to all music, visuals, and intellectual property included in the submitted project.
